AI scientist with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and a decade delivering production technology in regulated healthcare and defense environments. I lead GenAI delivery for a global laboratory enterprise, building RAG-powered pipelines that automate document-heavy clinical workflows. Through my independent practice, I built StratoSort, a privacy-first on-device AI application designed for air-gapped deployment, and published the SCAN Ecosystem cognitive AI framework across three peer-reviewed venues. I combine deep technical range across LLMs, agentic systems, and on-device inference with the compliance fluency to ship inside HIPAA, CMMC, and DoD constraints.
